"I ordered a headset that does not work in my plane. They say its discontinued so will not take it back! A reputable business would take it back and wait for the right customer to buy it. They just want schmucks like me to buy up their old inventory."

Nope, week later called again, now they are saying at least 2 more weeks. At this point I want to cancel, they give me run around. Very poor customer service."

"When I placed order for the product on line it showed in stock and would be shipped by Dec 30, When checked on 1/5 showed pending and would be shipped in 1 to 5 days. When checked this morning (1/6) still showed same. Sent email to cancel and called to cancel, support person said they had already printed the label and could not cancel the order. I would receive the product on Monday 1/11. This was at 9am, I received notice of the label being printed at 11:17, plenty of time to cancel since I had ordered from someone else as the aircraft was on the ground and I could not clear the writeups from the annual inspection until I received the product. AS using the cheapest shipping (UPS ground) shows delivery by Friday 1/8 and UPS usually beats that by a day from them. So now I have to try to refuse the shipment or send it back and pay restocking charges.
As supposedly "GEEKS" their technology systems leave a lot to be desired.
