“I am sorry you were not happy with the shipping rates. We try to offer as many options as possible, especially when ordering cases, or jugs of fluids to mail. Shipping is typically calculated by the weight of the item and then how far it has to travel. These items leave our NY warehouse and can be expensive when traveling across the country, so selecting Ground as you did would help to reduce the cost. We also offer the option to ship on your own account. We do try to reduce costs as much as possible.
