"They Charge your card when parts are no longer available. Don't communicate this until you have waited weeks for your order. I hope they do refund me and not scam a church out of money.

"I needed a relatively low-priced wire-o binder and found one at this store. The price was significantly lower than other stores so I did not hesitate to order one even after realizing that this store was never rated at resellerratings.com. I received three different emails and they sounded like everything went well. The last email actually said the item was 'shipped' to be delivered within three to five days.
I waited five days.. without a tracking number so I had no idea of where the package is at. I finally decided to call the customer service to obtain the tracking number. The agent asked me for all the information and told me that he would call back. He did indeed call me back after about two hours and informed me that the merchandise was actually back-ordered.. The thing that upsets me is that the store was super fast to charge my credit card.. but never bothered to put effort to do anything else..
By the way.. I am still waiting for the merchandise... if it does not arrive within a week, i am going to cancel the order."
