"Very distressing sale. Ordered 5 books for approximately $450.00. They billed my debit card. One by one they started to cancel. When the first one canceled I messaged the company about how my money was tied up in their company and left me with little options to repurchase my books elsewhere. They refunded the total amount. As I was ordering the canceled book on Monday, two more canceled. At this point I was done with skyo and ordered all my books elsewhere for $100 cheaper. In total, 4 books canceled over a 3 business day period (weekend not included). I returned it as I had it come from somewhere else. I will not use this company again. It is not trustworthy. The fun kicker was they charged me $61 for a book and the person who sent it had in my box a receipt for $38. ?!?!?! Still have not received my $61 refund after 2 business days. Good response time from customer service and did appreciate the refund to rebuy my books elsewhere. But not good enough to be stressed about whether or not I'll get the books I ordered that they claimed they had. "
