"Easy website to use, however, I am a bit concerned as I got 2 confirmation emails with the same
booking reference, as I paid by credit card, I do not know yet if the payment has been charged to my account twice or not, would rather not feel this way.

"It was easy to use the site. However i had a discount code and found this a bit puzzling? Car park with the voucher code was £44 it offered us a overnight hotel room which was £13 which would give us a total of £57, we rang as we couldn't get a second room option, the lady helping said try without the discount code, which we did, the car park then came out as £50 (which was price before discount) but the room was only coming out as £7 so the total was again £57? It still wouldn't give us a 2nd room option so the lady on the phone said she'd get back to us. To add a 2nd room was going to cost us as much as the 1 room and carpark altogther so we just booked car parking. It just seemed to us and we said to the lady this that it's abit of a con that when using the discount code the hotel option was coming out £6 dearer, which is the discount we were being given on the car parking. We only gained by using the discount code and booking just car parking."
