My little mini cooper convertable was held by you in edinburgh for 2 weeks on the 5th October arrived back and found that my car was not ready for me and what made it worse was that on the way home to Perth the roof on the car was not fixed and not clipped properly, when the car was put into your secure park the clips and car was secure, the hood had not been down as it was cleaned and valeted that morning so there was no way the roof should have been loose. which i found questionable. I do think that the price was excellent compared to other companies but why would the hood of my car been down when it was secured?

I have no complaints as to pick up points and drop off times."

"Thought I was mad first of all just handing over my car keys to a stranger, but the rep made me feel comfortable. On arrival after 5 mins wait, he went round the car taking note of any existing dents and bumps. Was even offered a reasonably priced valet service if required. On our return we rang and after 5 mins my car made its safe return experience Thanks guys, would definitley recommend!and use again "

"Easy to use service at a reasonable price. Staff were courteous and in branded workwear. Took a little longer than the 10 mins waiting advertised (we waited about 15 mins at the airport and rang them 5 mins before arrival at the airport for departure). On return we were told it would take about 15-20 mins to deliver our car back, but actually took 30. I don't mind the wait too much, if it's going to take 1/2 an hour, tell me, don't make it up and tell me what you think I want to hear. Difficult to hear instructions given on phone, but that could easily have been me.
Overall we were happy with the service and price and would use this service again, just don't rely on the timings given being too accurate."
