"Good - easy booking system. Car park not far away, but the signage needs improving. We were advised to look out for 'F Mathews & Sons Styal Ltd' but the lettering was so small and low down on the sign that we missed it altogether the first time round.

"Excellent service from Booking thru too arrival and leaving car park. Arrival they take your case and direct you to office where they will take ONLY your car key, check you flight back home time. You are then transported to your terminal and showed where your pick up point in on arrival back home. you ring once thru customs. The coach then brings you back too the car park, where you car is ready with boot open and key on the dash at the office....I am using this service again, and will recommend to anyone I know heading away."

"The meet & greet parking service is a great for us since we have a person in a wheelchair in our party. The normal Park & Ride is very awkward for us, so this is not a luxury, its a neccessity.
However the online booking pages were not clear, it took me ages and although I'm very used to oline ordering etc, it was confusing. 3 calls to the very helpful helpline sorted my problems including having accidentally booked and paid for the service 3 times for the same departure!
Our flights are tomorrow, so we haven't actually used the meet & greet yet."

"over all experience great - it's an excellent idea, works really well, very convinient, BUT why do you quote an "all in price", and then add a booking fee??? come on guys!! don't do a Ryanair!! its only a few pounds - put it in the price.... My "meet-er" then came out of the terminal building, fresh coffee in hand, as though there was no problem. Zero responsibility was shown; offended that I would be upset. Will be using Click Park who work just off site as they have been best so far. No wonder the deal looked too good to be true...its because it was. I still have to get my car back on my return...dreading it. Cannot emphasis just how poor this experience was. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. "
