"This was the second time we'd used a meet and greet service although based on this last experience we'll not be bothering in the future.
The instructions stated that we had to call a mobile number 20 minutes from the airport which we did. We got to the airport and had to pull over as we still hadn't managed to speak to anyone. In all my partner and I called about 40 times before eventually getting through to someone. We then waited for another 20 minutes outside T2 for the driver to arrive.
I pointed out to him a large A4 note I'd left on the seat explaing a problem with the boot and that it opens when the car is opened and that it was important to ensure it is closed before driving off. No problem he said!!
Upon our return we waited for 25 minutes outside T2 for our car to arrive. It was easy enoug to spot as it came up the ramp as the boot lid was wide open. The driver also mounted the curb as he pulled in. It turned out to be the same driver who'd picked up the car the week before. I pointed out the fact the boot was
open and found the note under the passenger seat. The car was filthy with mud & grass as it must have been stored in a field and the drivers car mat was also covered in mud.
Not a great experience and certainly not one I'll be repeating with this company.
