"A Very dissapointing experience, particularly on return, when I waited over 30 minutes at terminal 1 for the Jet Park 3 bus (should be very 15 minutes), bus was crowded because it was late and took 20 minutes (twice the indicated time) to get back to the car park.
Otherwise park was secure and number plate recoginition worked well with no delay on entry or exit. "

"appauling service, directions to the carpark were rubbish, carpark was in a very very very poor state of repair, loads of pots holes, no sapces had to park next to a large bush that has scratched my car, will never be using this carpark again and as I am a very frequesnt traveller money lost for this ervice."

"We used Ace Meet and Greet and were very pleased. They were waiting for us on time when we were departing. Extremely flexible when our flight was delayed, they actually brought our car back and were very sympathetic. Which was more tham our tour operator could do! When we arrived back at Gatwick they we only had to wait a couple of minutes and the driver was very friendly.
Only negative would be that the drivers do NOT wear a uniform and it gave a bit of an unprofesional first impression."
