"I have been waiting for a refund of more than £200 for goods that were returned and received by this company on 29 August 2017. They don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone and when they do answer calls, they lie about refunds. I have waited 2 months and still haven't received a refund, so I have incurred interest charges for a refund that should have been processed at least 6 weeks ago. I will now have to pursue a claim under the Consumer Credit Act through my credit card provider. I am very angry. There are plenty of reliable internet retailers, but Slapiton definitely is not one of them. Avoid this company"
