"I never received my order, and the company keeps gaslighting me and ignoring my requests (and then demands) for my money back. They originally said it didn't get to me because the carrier said I had moved. Which is completely absurd because I have lived here for 11 years and I am not going anywhere. When I asked for them to resend or refund my money, they have ignored me!
Next step is small claims court. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I think it is a scam.
The invoice number below is not real-that's because they never sent me an invoice either. But the charge in my bank account is real enough.

"I ordered 2 products. The price was reasonable. I was informed the next day that my products were being shipped. After receiving my tracking number I eagerly awaited my products on the specified day that they were to be delivered. For some reason, I was having problems with UPS not delivering. I called customer service at Sleekshop and Chris was very helpful. She assured me that my package was on its way. After 5 days past the delivery date, of non-delivery from UPS (and trust me, I tried to call UPS), which is a WHOLE OTHER kind of nightmare, I was unsuccessful. This went on into the weekend. I FINALLY had no choice but to pay for UPS to drop my products off at a UPS location. I then contacted Sleekshop to see about getting a refund on shipping, since I paid double. I'm not 100% blaming Sleekshop but I feel that they should at least honor the inconvenience. I gave a two star because the products were packaged VERY well. "

"They sent me the wrong product. The product I ordered was $43.70 and the totally different product I received was $27.99 on their website. Tried to contact their customer service by phone, but of course no answer. I emailed them and they informed me they would investigate what caused the error. They asked for picture of what I received and I sent it along with photo of my invoice. A couple of days later I received an email stating they would send me a prepaid label with instructions on how to package item etc. I am not going to go to that much work for them. On top of that, the card I used to purchase was used by someone the next day in California for something I did not buy. I had to cancel my card and go to my bank for a replacement. The bank took that mystery charge off my account.
Basically I am out a difference of $15.71 and I am the owner of a bottle of shampoo I didn’t order in the first place AND I still needed my actual product I ordered.
DO NOT ORDER anything from Sleekshop. Customer service was horrible and the experience after ordering was a nightmare. AWFUL business practices combined with not caring how customers are treated make you wonder how they are still in business. BUYERS BEWARE!"

There are so many other places you can order from that will be willing to accommodate to their customers and make sure they 1. receive the product 2. find solution if something happens. The order was declined, but the payment was successful because USD 169.47 was blocked on my bank account. I also checked with my bank that this payment was accepted. I placed my order on February 19, I immediately sent a message and I haven't received a response yet. This is not acceptable. No contact, no connection, no email.
I would like to receive what I ordered or possibly receive an immediate refund.

"Such a pity that with such great product offerings this company cannot comply with environmentally ethical shipping shipping practices. My package had "peanuts" which could have had crumpled craft paper instead. I though the peanuts may have been recyclable, but when I called Sleek Shop and spoke to a customer service person there, she said the peanuts t were NOT recyclable.
A bit upset because I have to figure out how to recycle a handful of peanuts all because I ordered one, simple product. "
"They've got all the bases covered from skin care, hair care, cosmetics and cologne. I think they also have skin care for men! I ended up purchasing pomade for my hubby and lip glow for myself. I love Dior lip glow - I think it works for almost all ladies no matter what skin tone you are! I have to go back for the matte lipstick - I love that I don't need to reapply during the day. "
"I ordered Framesi shampoo and it arrived leaked out in the package. 1/8 was gone, I emailed them and told them. They wanted me to take a picture as proof, but I had already through it out on trash day. They never refunded me. Never again will I order from Sleek"
