"I placed an order for over $100 of product with them. A new shampoo I tried, Aquage, Sea Extend shampoo was so horrible, I felt I was washing my hair with popcorn oil. It made me suspect I was using a knockoff. I contact sleekhair to return the product. They sent me a return label. When I returned the FULL bottle to them (I only used twice) I was refunded only a portion of what I paid and no sales tax refund. It makes me suspect if the other products I ordered are knockoffs also. Enjoy conditioner is not as thick as when I purchased elsewhere, same with the shampoo I purchased from them. Haven't opened or used the Kenra conditioner. Not a satisfied customer!"
