"On 9/24/14 I ordered a Transcend travel CPAP machine from Sleep VIP. I had to email James (VP) twice to find out why it was taking so long to get to me. He wrote back in a very short note that my physician had to send them a prescription. Once that was done the machine arrived and I decided to test it out before I went traveling with it. I had a severe allergic reaction to something in the machine which required me to take steroids and antihistamines to treat it. I tested it again after I cleaned the machine inside and out, and it happened again. After several emails and phone calls James finally responded that I should send in the offending machine and they would send me another one. I have sent in the machine and have not yet received the new machine after several more emails and phone calls and several months. I have bought another type of machine from another vendor. I have been lucky enough never to have had such bad service from anyone before. Their website is down and I still can't reach anyone in their offices. My emails continue to be unanswered. I hope they are no longer in business. "
