"I bought a Pax 3 in March of 2023. I liked it so much that I bought a second two weeks later. The second Pax 3 that I bought function completely different than the first, so I returned it for evaluation. It was also shutting off while I was using it. They found no fault with the Vape, but discussions with customer service revealed that they would charge me a 40% restock fee on my 2-month-old Vape, had I wanted to return it. In the meantime, my first Pax 3 got stuck in permanent standby mode. I returned it for evaluation, and they emailed me asking if I wanted refund or replacement. Not wanting to lose 40%, on a restock fee, I opted for replacement. The next email from customer service inform me they were out ofpax 3, but they could send me another vape and recommended to of them. I declined the other Vapes, and the gift card they offered, and told him I want a Pax 3, since that's what I paid for. I can tell this is going to be a battle. And not a pleasant one. Along with everyone else on this site I'm going to recommend that you get your Vape somewhere else"
"Received a Seshgear Dabtron with missing parts and broken parts. Customer Service is NO HELP. Website displays different times to call and NEVER ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE, the telephone number is a google voice number. SlickVapes.com demands videos before they will even consider a return. I have sent four emails with the required videos, only to receive an email stating my email was blank. I have made three purchases previous to this with SlickVapes.com and was fairly happy. IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM SlickVapes.com DOES NOT RESPOND IN A POSITIVE MANNER AND THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS" PLAY EMAIL GAMES. "I ordered a vape pen on the 24th. Then on the 30th they asked asked me to screen shot my bank to prove my charges went threw ... which I thought was very weird. I have never heard of a company asking for a screen shot of my bank account. It might just be a acquaintance but fraud happened to my account after I placed the ordered. I thought it was very unprofessional to ask for a "screen shot" of my bank account IF they are a legit company. Just be careful."

I sent all the products back and put a note for a full return and going to contact my bank. They also don't allow negative reviews on their website. The woman who was giving me the other options to choose from noted that one device had issues with the mouth piece burning?! But there's no reviews about this on the listing for that device! "

It has been over a week since they told me this and now they are saying it won't be here until next Monday. I've asked for my refund so I could go elsewhere for my device since they obviously have crap devices and they are refusing."

"My purchase from Slick Vapes went missing after they shipped it. There was tracking, and it showed that progress in shipping had just stalled out. Instead of sending me my order again, they insisted I wait until my original order arrived. Repeated emails to them resulted in template replies showing they had not even read what the problem was. No phone number to call them on either. You are at their mercy when something goes wrong, and they just don't care.
Package never arrived. Had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. "
