"Filled my order promptly, shipped quickly and everything arrived in good condition. I did have some idiot call me ,claiming to be from their company, and tell me there was some problem with my address and the order was being held in shipping for the correct address. Turns out , the name and number of the person calling me was "unknown" at Slickcar.com. I had sent some hell raising complaints to them because I knew the address they had was provided, correctly, in 3 different places. Because I had scheduled my installation for the day after the order was to arrive, I was very upset about it "being held in shipping". I am sure they thought I was "nuts"!"
"My experience was good but the part i ordered will not work on my vehicle. Its a 2007 Tundra with manual locks and i want power locks. The cable for the locks is unable to be cut due to a steal outer cover protecting the cable. So i wasted my money over all. If you know something that i could do to install your lock kit correctly please let me know. Thank you."

It has been 3 full weeks, I have sent an email to customer service and have not heard anything about the status of my order-a cargo liner for our sport utility. So I would have to say poor communication, no follow up and 3 weeks later-no product. I am about ready to put the order into dispute with my credit card company. "I ordered an air intake and a grille assembly for my nissan sentra 2003 but I received a 2000-2002 air intake and when I emailed a customer service personel they told me that it would fit my car but when I tried to install it the part for the sensor was too big and could not be bolted on, and my grille has not come in and it has been more than a week."
