I attempted to contact them about the order but they never answered my E-Mail. I will give them a few more days to send a tracking number before I go through Pay-Pal to get some results. "These headlamps were ordered 12/2/2013 I was unable to obtain a tracking number until 12/11/13 even thou I was told it was shipped out shortly after I placed my order. Then when we contacted the 800 customer service number I was told it was shipping from California and that someone will call me back as they weren't open yet. After calling four days in a row and getting no where I was somewhat disappointed. Our order itself was NOT processed until December 11, 2013 with an expected delivery date of today so no I haven't received my items yet so I can't tell you whether or not I'm satisfied with the product. However I can tell you that for $350.00 which may not be much to you that your customer service needs improvement."
