"Great speedy delivery and low price. Lavie brand bags I have used earlier also they are very durable and decent in the looks. The product is exactly like the picture. I loved the bag as it has a lot of space inside with different compartments."

NOT User Friendly

"The site comes up just fine. I click "jewelry" at the top of the page. Another menu pops up. However, when I click on a category, I get a notice that no items are available based on my search criteria. If I click on anything, I get the same message. I've shopped this site in the past, but apparently will not be able to do so again."

A Shock

"Visited Smartbargains after being out of country many years. Nothing, I said nothing at all like they used to be. Comparatively few items for sale and expensive at that. They need to take the bargain out of Smartbargain. For that matter smart no longer applies either."

"deserves 0 stars. NEVER BUY from these guys! they posted a coupon code for new customers to take 10 bucks off any purchase. So i picked something and my shopping cart showed 0 as the total. it still asked for a credit card, and i figured, that is normal, because they may still want to check that I am an adult and use it to track that I am a new customer. the order confirmation says 0, but I submit and am sent an email that says I was charged 10 bucks. i email them immediately to cancel the order - no response for days, and try calling too. Finally, customer service emails me, from the customer service email, with customer service in the signature block, and the message says "you need to contact customer service if you want to cancel your order" -- first of all, I am contacting customer service. second of all, if they want me to call someone or email someone specific, they should provide those details, some times, etc. I finally get a number and am on hold for an hour and a half. i also then started their chat. after 40 minutes of hold there - the chat lady says we can't guarantee you a cancellation, but you can always mail it back and we'll refund you less a restocking fee. phone lady comes on, says oh yea, we've 300 calls today, so that is why the long hold, i will put in a request to cancel this and you should see it reflect on your statement, if it is approved in a few business days, if not call us back. the worst customer service ever. no friendliness, no help, and no sympathy. no concern whatsoever that their site did this. no concern that reps did not respond to email for over 4 days (and repeated emails). the chat lady said she will follow up to confirm that the credit was completed - never followed up. after escalation, the company promised a small gift card -- emailed a few times - no response, so clearly they are not honoring that written promise. COMPLETE FRAUD and LIES."

"I ordered a TW Steel watch for my boyfriend. I paid around $400 for the watch. My boyfriend noticed the hands were a little loose and a short time later the crown of the watch broke for no reason. The website said I had a 2 year warranty. They made me ship the watch to Swiss Watch International which cost me money to ship and insure. They kept the watch for anout 3 months with no word and shipped it back without fixing it. They left a note saying they could not fix it and basically there was nothing they could do. I called smartbargains again to complain they had nothing to say and there was nothing they could do and told me to contact SWI again. However, Swi doesnt have a number to call, you have to email them and wait for a response which I never got. Such a waste of time and money. Both companies are useless and have terrible customer service. I will never order from them again. "

"Ordered Fendi sunglasses on Friday, received them by Monday, couldn't believe how fast I got them. Ordered sunglasses on a sale and I'll admit was a little skeptical at first but they came in and looked great plus provided an authenticity card from Fendi. I have no reason to doubt they are not real, they have all the right small details of real Fendi sunglasses, but if they are fake then they are the best fake Fendi sunglasses I've ever seen. I will be shopping with them again."

"Paid $134 for new sunglasses for a Christmas present and they looked awful on my daughter so I returned them. I got $53 back! Sunglasses! They weren't made out of 20 pd cement - shipping was easily under $10 each way. I wouldn't dream of buying from them again good deal or not just for the fact that I cannot change my mind and return without having to pay almost half the amount for nothing! Total rip off. Try 6pm.com, overstock, zappos, etc... ppl and get great deals that you can return with reimbursement!"

"I ordered a set of pet stairs from SmartBargains.com. They were rated for dogs up to 80 lbs, and my dog weighs 20 lbs. The wood on the stairs snapped during normal use less than two weeks after purchase and almost injured by dog. I was on hold with customer service for almost an hour, after which they asked me to send them photos of the stairs. I didn't hear anything back for two days, after which they told me to contact the manufacturer. They won't provide me with the manufacturer's contact information (it's not available anywhere online) and won't give me a refund for a defective product that I purchased from them. Hold time on their customer service line is terrible and they are totally unwilling to stand behind their products."
