"I ordered an in-dash Navigation and a back up camera with it. All in all i spent $950.00 Cad.
Before i ordered it, i had emailed the support team for what exact item i needed for my vehicle and they got back to me asap. I ordered the item, then got emailed the order # swell as a transaction ID. A couple of days passed and i still haven't got a Tracking Order #, More than 8 business days have passed and still never got anything from them, i started to call and emailed multiple times, but the business # they have doesn't even work, and never replied to all the email i sent them, I ended up calling DHL to look up this company and my address if there was any activity of my order being shipped and they did not find anything at all. I called PAYPAL to see what was going on, and they to should have received a tracking # but they didn't. Thanks to Paypal, they were able to investigate it and give me a full refund. So pretty much this company just took my money and thats all, and i hope all of you read this before buying and use Paypal so that this will never happen to you, like it did for me."

"Bought an s-100 unit in July 2015. Have had problems with Bluetooth not allowing multiple phone access and shutting down the auto-connect feature, plus problems with RDS, along with being supplied with the wrong rear camera 9I paid for the wireless option).

Initially the support was brilliant, but now, seven months later, they won't even respond to emails.

"I purchased a head unit for my Peugeot 308. I have been exceptionally pleased with the service at every point. Delivery to Australia was very fast. Installation was relatively easy, in particular the wiring was completely "plug and play" - the original radio's plug connects directly to the new unit and it worked seamlessly. It picked up the steering wheel knob controls straight away and you can still access the "vehicle parameter" controls such as setting the car's clock from within the new unit. The number of functions is impressive. The sat nav is is easier to use and looks better than the $2.5k unit in my wife's car. Blue tooth and hands free with the iPhone is easy and reliable. After-sale questions were dealt with politely, promptly and effectively.
I can't recommend these guys highly enough. For the price, its amazing value."

WOW! Some of the great features of the unit include GPS, IPOD connectivity, DVD player, Video inputs and outputs. Connect directly to Cd player in trunk, there is even a icon on the screen!

It was evident the unit was not built to specifications. I insisted on my money back only to be given a partial refund. On top of this it cost $75 to return."

The GPS works great and has a lot of features to customize to my desire. It has great signal due to the antenna.
The DVD player is able to play Dvix format video and original DVDs. The remote control allows for pause, forwarding, rewinding, and scroll through the menu. It works as if it were an actual DVD player for your TV.
The radio has six slots for memorized stations and has FM and AM frequencies.
The Bluetooth setting is great. I am able to make and receive calls. I am also able to stream music from my phone via bluetooth.
It has an ipod connection and a usb port for any other devise you would like to connect.

"Soy de Barcelona, he comprado un reproductor OEM, para mi ROVER 75, aparte unos problemas de incompatibilidad por que mi coche es del 1999, solucionado con un adaptador ISO y la perdida de la posibilidad de usar los mandos del volante, cosa que no sucede con los modelos fabricados después del 2002, y que visto la calidad del producto vale la pena sacrificar esta función, todo funciona perfectamente un servicio postventa que realmente me ha dejado muy satisfecho y que no creía que encontraría en una empresa que vende artículos en la red.
