"This is a fraudulent subsidiary. They used a lot of tricks to trick you. They use another website to defraud your information, and then create fake documents to prove that all the information is your consent and authorize. All documents they provided to Credit Card Company are fraudulent! This is a scam!
1. First of all, I have never ordered nor received their products of “Mountain Sky Gummies” or “Smart Body” from them, but they charged me $69.95. I have never authorized this charge.
2. This is scheme or conspiracy sale. Their other common names are: Mountain Peak CBD, Mountain Sky CBD, They have many different website and names for Scamming!
3. I also found a statement of SCAM Alert from Mountain Peak Nutritionals. The trick they played really surprised me.

"The first time I ordered from them I paid $34.95 for a 210 counts of vitamin pills and they sent me the 120 counts that costed $21.95. When I emailed them to complaint they unexpectedly sent me the correct item at no additional cost but the product was expired. I threw it away and decided to give them a second chance a few months later, only for the same thing to happen again except that when I emailed them to report the issue I receive a "undelivered" email notification 48 hours after. I tried to call and no one answered and their voicemail was full.

"They trick you into a subscription for CBD, then cancel it, yet they kept billing me. My first attempt at getting a refund I spoke with someone over the phone. They said my refund was being processed by end of day. I tried to call the next day, and no one answers. The email on the site bounces back to you as an unknown address. Shady AF. Don't do business with them."
"I received a $10 off $49 order with free shipping and decided to give smart body nutrition a try. I'll be honest, there were some glitches with their site. So I replied to the auto generated reply from my order. I received a prompt reply (within 12 hours) from Mike. He assured me my order was in transit, gave me the tracking number and it in fact was scheduled for delivery today (day 4 after order) or tomorrow. It arrived this evening a day early with all ordered items intact. Im aware the current business owner(s) has his work cut out for him and I wish them well. The phrase "under promise and over deliver" speaks loudly and true in my case. Thanks, Mike, well done!"

"Don't waste your time with this business. They cashed my payment immediately, but only sent me a bogus tracking number that kept showing a status of "package not yet received by USPS for delivery", which means they probably cashed the payment even though they were out of stock, and hoped I would wait as long as it took. After the 5 business days had passed and the tracking number still showed no package existed to ship, I started trying to contact Smartbody directly. For three days, no one answered their phone and a message stated their voice mailbox was full. They also didn't respond to emails I sent them both from my account and directly on their "contact us" section of their website. After a week of no package and no response from Smartbody, my bank agreed to reverse the charge, so at least they didn't get my money, although they wasted my time. Don't let them waste your time."
"Horrible!!!!! Completed order on 4/9, still nothing shipped, no response from emails or calls! Now when you call during their business hours goes to voice mail which is Now full so you can’t leave a message! I clearly got ripped off which I plan on reporting them."
"They have great prices but horrible customer service and in my case they didn't send me a full order. I only got half and when I called they said they were temporarily out of stock on the product. OK. When will it be in I asked, Oh, we're sending it to you by the end of the week I was told. And you should have received an email informing you that the product was on back order. No email was received and no product ever showed up. And I see they show it in stock online. I've emailed and called them 3 times. No response! Please do business with these people if you want to get less than you ordered and if you want to be frustrated with sh*tty fu service. "
