"This company also does business as "Satisfusion" On August 7 we ordered 6 Thermos bottles. They sent one and billed our VISA card for all 6. After about 10 phone calls over 2 months, they finally "received their backorder" and were able to ship my order. I happened to phone them on the day they were shipping the backordered 5 bottles. They said the shipment would go out in the mail the next day. I told that that any company worth a darn would ship them via UPS Red (overnight service)and "eat" the extra charge as a way to try to get back into my good graces. They relented but not easily.
All the customer service people were friendly but weren't empowered enough by their management to actually be "helpful".
We won't be shopping here again!"
