"Multiple failures of Insteon dimmers over the years. Bad capacitors are usually the cause. Most resent failure was the serial interface 3 times that connects to the ISY module! Have waited over 2 weeks for a replacement; thus without securing lighting. Have over 60 modules and would never recommend these products if starting from scratch. "

Insteon 220 Volt relay on website says "out of stock" but if you dig into the documentation, they (both the always open and always closed) are not made anymore, not just "out of stock" and there is no reference to compatible product that would do what these devices were designed to do.
