After 5 weeks and engaging Paypal resolution center i must come to the customs office where the officer said, that the ordered display isn't a Samsung Display. It's a Fake. Import to EU is forbidden. My name is Ingo. I ordered a Nokia Display to exchange my old one. I paid for DHL Express delivery. and with paypal.
First of all I was really worried after 3 weeks. Because there was no parcel at my doorstep.
I contacted the company, but nothing happened.
Than I did the paypal customer service to get my money back. I was really afraid, because I read all this posts here. Unfortunatelly after ordering.
Today, the wonder happende.
the parcel with the new display was brought by dhl. Fully functional and everything in place.
My resume: If you order something in China, make sure you have strong nerves. After all, I saved 50 Dollars. Packing was fine and the thing is working. Due to the "NOT" answering to my mails, I give only 3 Stars
And ofcourse I stopped paypal emmidiatelly to get the money back

They gave some junk id (so called tracking id).
When I contacted they gave another tracking id (singpost.com), may be they sent some envelop to wrong destination just to make us believe that something in our way :-D

"I am fully and entirely unhappy with my Smartphonebay shopping experience.

I ordered an LCD replacement about 6 weeks ago and immediately paid by PayPal. Allegedly, the item was "in stock" and supposed to be shipped within 24-72 hours.

After four weeks and still no shipping notification, I got nervous and tried to email Smartphonebay (on three different adresses: sales@, admin@ and info@). Their email adresses do not work and emails return with a delivery failure message. I then tried to contact them on Facebook, where I was told to send an email instead. Finally I managed to contact them through the Contact formula on the website. The response implied it had been shipped, but they were now out of stock and could only offer a refund. (Surprisingly, to this day the website says "in stock, shipping in 24-72 hours".) After a few mails back and forth, they refunded the full amount relatively quickly.

I believe that Smartphonebay deliberately shows items to be "in stock" even if they are not, hoping for clients to forget about their delivery or not care enough about it or exceed the Paypal objection deadline so they can get away with it.

This is not a reliable reseller. Beware!"

March 14 Completely wrong item arrived. Sale considered completed by shop and no further effort or response to emails was provided. (as a side-note, the item that arrived appeared to be of such poor quality it was doubtful the correct item would have been any better)

"This company is terrible, bordering on scam. After 11 days, I decided to check on the status of the order. The "Online Chat Support" is offline as it always will be during the day in the US. Apparently they don't have 24 hour support. I emailed ****@**** and it rejected. Sales went through and I got a response at 11:30pm CST giving me a tracking number and two entirely different links. Quantum doesn't have a place to track and the second one http://singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.aspx just returns an error.
The best part is they said it shipped out the 9th (the same day they received my email), 11 days after my order.
I selected 14 day free shipping and they said it will take "4-21 days. Please wait with patient".
I suspect these other "good" ratings on here are fake. They are comprised of broken English."
