"This was my second order from Smarty. I had very good service from the first order, and so didn't hesitate to order again. The packages were large and heavy because of the items ordered. I doubt I could have lifted them alone. I have had only a couple of minor problems so far with this order. One package of 16 oz bowls (4 pack) arrived completely cracked through on one side making them unusable. The crack was hidden by the paper banding holding the 4 pack together, so I doubt that the seller could have known or seen the defect. The only other problem was that three of the 25 white dinner napkins I ordered arrived with small stains on them. The spots did not come out after washing. Overall, the quality of the linens seems pretty good. There are a few loose strings, and it seems some of the hemming was done with a cotton thread instead of a polyester thread. These cotton threads shrink up in the dryer creating a puckered effect. Not all the linens are made this way, which makes me think that they come from different suppliers. I still believe I would give Smarty Had A Party 4.5 stars for good service and products. I wish the free shipping threshold were lower."
