"It's very important to publish the bad policy that smashinn has for online shopping. In that website, you pay for delivery and pay twice in case of exchanging item.
In my second second expererience with smashinn, I ordered a dress, size Small (which is allways my size). Paid 5 euros for fast delivery which turned out a 2 week delivery because the package went to other destination. At that time, I contacted custumer support asking for refound of the delivery taxes... thay told me I should wait, and ... 2-4 weeks and the refound wasn't a solution.
When the dress finnaly arrived, turned out to be bigger than I though... I asked for an exchange for a smaller size. The custumer support answered something INCREDIBLE! I had to return the item - 8 euros - and order a smaller size paying again the 5 euro tax.

Just to picture the final item price:
-1 order, 50euros + 5 euros delivery taxes
- 1 retrun 8 euros delivery taxes
-1 order, 50euros + 5 euros delivery taxes

The item turns out to became almost 30% more expensive. UNBELIEVABLE.

Companies like that cannot sell clothing items. I would never go back there again..."
