Thankfully, I was notified of a refund after almost 3 months, but attempting to purchase from them was still ultimately a waste of time. "I ordered a product August 8th of 2018, it later went out of stock the same day. Charges went through 3 days later on August 11th. I have yet to hear anything from them but an automated email asking for a review of the proiduct.
Repeated attempts to contact them through the website have been in vain with no response. They still have my money.
