Customer service & contacting

"I've called several times and emailed them too. They don't respond. Representative's get nasty, rude, & Threatening etc. Plus they add extra costs to your order with No explanation as to why. "

"I ordered cigarettes through very professional associate. She gave me process, and gave me the method the cigarettes would be shipped and date of arrival.
She was right on everything and highly recommend this site to order the cigarettes. They shipped exactly what I ordered.

Too long to resolve an issue

"In April 2020, I placed an order for 8 cartons of cigs knowing that it would take approximately 1 month to arrive in Texas. In May 2020, I placed another identical order since I knew again, it would take approximately 1 month - I placed this order prior to receiving the April order. I didn't start calling about the orders until June when I thought they had plenty of time to get here. The experience to try and track the orders was very frustrating - the online tracking system doesn't work (should be removed from the website) In all of this, I did notice the address "I" put on the form was incorrect by one digit and I corrected that with them in on May 22nd. In June, the shipping company did tell me that they had received one of the orders but that the order numbers don't match the numbers they were given by Smokes-spirit.com. They were gracious enough to make a special trip to my house and drop off the May order. I have been in contact with this company via phone and email multiple times a month trying to get a refund for the April order. They say they cannot deliver to Texas anymore, and that is a mute point. I just want a refund. I was told a check was being sent out in November, but they sent it to the wrong address - the one I corrected back in June. They told me to wait until a neighbor brought it to me - I told them no, reissue the check. I have not been able to get anyone at the location to communicate with me since then. I have repeatedly asked for the owners name, how the business is organized, etc so I could take legal action. I also let them know I would submit this complaint several months ago, but I was trying to be patient with them. My patience is gone. I would like my refund. The customer service people will not let me speak to their boss, who happens to be one of the owners, "she doesn't speak to customers". Today, I sent a self addressed stamped envelope to the PO box listed on their website. I don't know if they will use it, but I am tired of waiting. They have the Seneca Nation represented on their website and I believe the Nation should consider asking them to remove this since they are a bad reflection on the Nation. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

FYI, the employees think the owners are doing everything right and said there were no negative customer complaints on BBB. Guess they haven't visited there in a while.

NEVER SHOP HERE!

"They lie on their website that they ship within 72 hours when the reality is that they ship once every two weeks. They shipped my cigarettes to Las Vegas and I live in California. They still haven't refunded my money. The "customer service" people are horrible. They are rude and condescending. They hung up on me and won't take my calls now. If you pay them with an online check, there is NOTHING your bank can do to recover your money because of some ridiculous regulation. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if they can't resolve it, I will be forced to sue them. "

"I don't believe this outfit is on the up and up. Have this excuse for non-delivery "We are waiting to have more orders from WA State in order to ship." They have my money and won't ship order."

Excellent very pleased

"Excellent very pleased. Ordering was very easy I had later called the company and asked some questions about my order (because I was very wary from reading the reviews) they were responsive and very friendly the shipping company they used was easy to track and receive my package I am thrilled to save $40 a carton than buying them in California. It took three weeks from start to finish to receive my product"

"I ordered 11 cartons of cigarettes 1 year ago and the order never arrived. I have contacted the company repeatedly via email and telephone, and I am always given the run-around. At this point I guess I am out the $330 that I paid. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do about it. I *strongly* recommend that people avoid this reseller (thief)."

"Placed an order $175. on January 1 and order is still in the house processing 16 days later with no idea when it will arrive in the warehouse. Also paid 3 day shipping at $20 more. Do not order from this site unless you have plenty of time for delivery...a least a month."

"Strongly avoid ordering with them. Here is my story. I placed order for $179.65 and mailed check. Smokes-Spirits.com cashed my check at the next day. In 2 weeks I called to check status. Order was in process. I called again in 5 more days answer in the same – in progress for “first time buyer” (whatever they mean). After almost 3 weeks I requested to talk to supervisor. Supervisor said that they do not have the item. I check the site – the item is available. I request my money back. Now I’m waiting for check. It will take up to 3 weeks. I hope it will arrive or I will contact NYS attorney office. Clearly Smokes-Spirits.com playing dirty games. No wonder they do not accept credit cards. Total fraud."
