"The message delivery seems to be reliable so far. Its quite time consuming sending a number of texts that need the information slightly different in each one. We use SMS to send reminders to clients for their appointments the next day. Each text has an appointment time (different for each person). There are so many screens to go through to send each text. I'm sure this could be streamlined to make it efficient as well as effective :). When we used Skype SMS for this it would list all the messages we've sent to that person before, so it would be quick to copy, paste, change the date/time and send. All done on one screen. ...but Skype wasn't reliable at delivering messages :/"

"I have used SMS Broadcast previously a few years ago as a marketing tool, and have always found them to be excellent with service and delivery. But just recently I used SMS as a crisis management tool, where we had a service issue which was out of our control. SMS is brilliant in its delivery and most effective way of communicating to our clients as it immediate and responsive. We also communicated via fax and email - but faxes may not be received by the relevant personal, and emails go unread. As everyone has a mobile phone, this is certainly an effective communication medium. Our clients were also happy that they received our notification in a timely manner - which resulted in minimal loss of business. Well done SMS!!!"
