Parts just arrived from FedEx in apparent good (new) condition as promised. Given the time of year (XMAS), nine days "order to receipt" is probably not really that bad (especially for free shipping). I am however, still very disappointed in SnaggStuff.com's inability to provide tracking information... But at least I have received the order.
