"I ordered a Dell XP re-installation CD to restore my Compaq with a XP HDD that would not boot. The CD was as specified, good value, and arrived promptly. Unfortunately it did solve my problem with the old HDD. Now I am awaiting a replacement HDD and a fresh copy of WinXP. SnaggStuff has great service."

"I ordered and paid for 3 items but received only 2. I called the number on the invoice and was told they would look it. That was 7/17/2012. Today is 8/2/2012, I have not heard from anyone at SnaggStuff.com."

"My experience with SnaggStuff.com went very well with one exception. The price is great, and the item was shipped very quickly. However, I intended to use my MasterCard, and the MasterCard logo was displayed, signifying that it would be accepted, but when I proceeded to checkout, there was no MasterCard option. Overall, I was pleased with the service, would use this site again, and would recommend it to friends and family."
