"TERRIBLE, UNRELIABLE website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! You'll regret it.
I placed my order on November 7 through Paypal, and got no order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email. After waiting a week, on November 14, I emailed customer service to ask them if my order had been shipped. I got no reply. I emailed them again on Novembr 16 and finally the "CEO" emailed me back, saying that my order was still pending and that it's been harder to get snapbacks in, and that i need to be patient with them for another week. What is that supposed to mean? This was 9 days after I had ordered, and they had not notified me of ANY of this, until I emailed them about the order. However, I replied back politely and thanked them for the email, and asked when exactly he'd be able to ship out my order (note, this was a present for the bf so I needed it in time). he replied me, saying that he'll ship it out on November 23. Then he said that he had to leave the country due to an emergency and has been running the site alone, so I need to bare with him. I said okay, please let me know when you've shipped my order out on November 23. Come November 23, and he did not email me. At this point, I'd waited a full 14 days for my order to be shipped. So on November 24, I emailed him to ask him if my order had been shipped. He emailed me back in a VERY LARGE font of letters that were bolded and underlined (cyber yelling much?), "I PROMISE I WILL LET YOU KNOW THE MINUTE WE GET THIS SITUATED." Get what situated?! Seriously, rude much? I had been so patient up to this point.. seriously dismal customer service. At that point, I just asked for a refund and had to get my bf a different present.

Summary: DISMAL customer service. There seems to be only one person running the entire site and shipping things out, who is completely incompetent, not to mention rude. Items were never shipped after 15 days, I had to go to Paypal for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
