"Purchased some Christmas Cards on Snapfish. I ordered black cards and they came a weak purple color. I ordered rounded corners and they came square. The pictures were so fuzzy you couldn't even tell who the people are. Just a terrible card.
There is no phone number to talk to anyone. I used their chat system and had to wait forever for a live person. They issued me a credit but when I went to use the credit and re-ordered they said I owed another $75 for a cheaper card. It was a joke.
I don't have any more time to put into this problem so I will try to dispute it on my credit card. I will reorder from another vendor and hopefully have a good experience. What happened to Costco???

"I ordered both 4x6 and 5x7 prints. They were either blurry or heads cut off! Called customer service and the representative was difficult to hear and understand and did nothing to help except to send copies so it wouldn't happen to someone else. How about helping me!!!!"
"This company has become so awful that after more than a decade of doing business with them this will be my last. Their quality control is horrendous: I just received a book with the text on pages cut off so you can't even read them. I spent between 20-15 hours getting the book together and had other people review the final product before I ordered it. It was supposed to be an 18th birthday gift for my son (I even paid extra for the expedited shipping) and now I won't have time to get another one through a different company. The worst part is that they have absolutely NO customer service! All they have is an instant chat where foreigners who can't speak English insert pre-written responses that have nothing to do with the problem at hand. They then hang up on you without even waiting for a response! Now I'll probably have to dispute the charges with my credit card, as this may be the only way to get my money back. And these books are NOT cheap! Very disappointed with this company. "
"I ordered numerous photos including several 8x10s. They shipped them in a paper envelope with a thin piece of cardboard in it. The photos arrived damaged as a result. I didn't mind too much thinking this must happen all the time - they'll send me new ones. It was difficult to even contact them about the problem. Then when I got live chat they demanded that I send pictures of the damaged pictures. What do they expect when they ship the way they do? I have a full-time job and 2 young kids. I don't have time to build a full case on how badly and what got damaged."
"I was dubious about ordering a custom photo blanket from Snapfish after reading all the reviews. But they had a really good deal on the basic fleece blanket ($25, including shipping) so I decided to give it a try. My image was not an actual photograph, but a graphic design with intricate curves, lines and words. I was worried that the words would be too blurry to be legible and the curves of the image would be ragged. But it came out great -- the colors are vibrant and the words are clear. I don't know about the quality of the higher priced fleece blankets, but for the cheaper option, this one looks and feels decent. So, this time my gamble paid off."
"These guys should not be in business. They send me an email that the order is ready for pickup, so I took a long drive to find out its never been printed. When I let them know of the problem it turns out they have zero ways and zero motivation to make it up. I'm done with snapfish"

I received looks nothing like the premium blanket and looks exactly like the $69 Polar Fleece blanket. I called their piece of crap customer service number and ended up yelling at them because they offered a refund but said that is the only blanket they have. So basically they scam you into the premium blanket and send the cheap one. This is for a B-Day present and now don’t have time to reorder something. OH - AND TNEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME SHIPPING if I reordered (but said it would be same blanket). NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM SNAP FISH - NOR SHOUD YOU.

"I ordered 40 calendars from Snapfish. I planned to give some out as gifts and sell others, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the printing. Every calendar had defects (dark lines in the images) on almost every page that looked like they were printed on a printer that was low on ink or really needed to be cleaned. Plus, several of them arrived damaged because their packing was terrible. I reached out to customer service about this and sent them photos of several defects, and they asked me to send a photo of all 40 calendars, as if they didn't believe me that they all had the same defects. So I did as they asked and it's been three days and I still haven't heard what they plan to do about it. Their customer service is extremely slow; it should not take this long to decide if I will be getting a refund or not! Don't use Snapfish!!"
"Horrible customer service. While they spout all over their website "customer satisfaction guaranteed" they do not practice what they preach. My prints were cut smaller than the size I ordered, the cuts were not straight, and the shoddy packaging resulted in dented prints. I asked for a refund and they would only give me store credit. I do not want to use them for anything. If they had just provided me with a refund or offered to reprint, I would be satisfied. Instead, I am extremely unsatisfied and will be spreading the word to every one I know to STAY AWAY FROM SNAPFISH."

"I never write reviews but Snapfish was awesome! I initially ordered online before seeing the reviews and was nervous about the quality. Needless to say, I received my photobook today and am highly impressed! For under $30 it's an amazing deal. For everyone complaining about poor quality they probably uploaded low quality pictures to begin with and expected HD results. Their fault not Snapfish. Most of our pics were from a professional baby photographer and the rest were taken with an iPhone X. Great prints with perfect resolution. The site also lets you know when the pictures are to low quality and not optimized for a larger print. I will be ordering from them in the future for sure! "
"awful. it is always slow and extremely glitchy. customer service is never able to help and is always a huge waste of time. they tell me they see my issue and have created a ticket and will get back to me with a resolution and then they never get back to me. all my photos are on these so i feel trapped. avoid this headache. there are too many other far more superior photo editing and sharing sites. and yes, i have tried using snapfish on chrome, safari and firefox. they are all equally bad."

"I ordered a photo book to use as my daughter’s sign in book at her graduation party. I paid extra shipping for it to arrive the Friday before her party. That day came and went and it did not come. I called and was told it would not arrive until the Monday AFTER her party. I asked for a refund and was denied a full refund but offered a refund on my shipping. I was then told I could not get a full refund on shipping because I still got the item. Do yourself a favor, use Walgreens! Their photos are ready in about an hour and honestly that photo book was better quality and looks great. Don’t use this company!! "
"Read the terms carefully. They are not what is on their main page or even their email confirmation. They said delivery between 4-11 days. That actually means within 30 days because then they add creation and courier times. (??). Any contact you try to have with them is offshore. Once they have sold you the product they stop any form of customer service. I used this company due to their 4-11 day delivery and I would have received it so much faster if I had used one that said 14 day delivery. It's been 5 days already and it will be another 18 before I receive my product. I don't hold out much hope for the quality. I'll never use them again. They keep telling me they look forward to my next order, "so they can do better". Pfft. "
