"I placed an order and needed to cancel (I used the Snapfish app) there was no place to cancel the on the app so I tried to call and cancel but the place doesn’t open until 11am so I waited and called 11am only to be told I couldn’t cancel my order because my order was over 1 hour old. Well if they was open I could have cancelled as soon as I ordered the items. The app does not allow you to cancel and all I knew was to call but they was closed. When I called customer support they would not cancel my order. Needless to say this is a disgrace to not be able to cancel a order!"

"Recieved defective photos with white dots all over them. I guess they don't quality check them before sending. To get a refund, customers service required me to send defective photos back to them. I guess no one gets Christmas photos this year."

"Snapfish either used crappy paper, or purposely lowered the color saturation settings on my ten photo books intended as Christmas presents. The colorful landscapes looked closer to black and white! The front and rear cover, done on glossy paper, were reasonably accurate, so their claim that I didn't review the online proof is false."

"Good products, a little expensive. Coupons are a bit gimicky, customer service is terrible. IF you have the unfortunate need to contact customer service they only give you canned lines and "I'm sorry" lines, but are no help. The customer service tried to help me pay more than the coupon on their front page, gee thanks!"
