"You all lied about my shipping "

"Order never shipped. I emailed several times and was assured the order shipped. Then when I asked for a tracking number the emails stopped. I called (they only have an answering machine) 3 times asking them to just cancel the order and refund my payment and never had my calls returned.

I finally had to challenge the charge with my credit card and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which they refused to respond to.

My advice is to never do business with the company, they are dishonest thieves."
