"Unbelievably bad. Redefines bad! Ordered from them 4 times in a short period of time. First order was a month late, and to the wrong address, but I did receive it. Next order arrived a month late and broken to the wrong address, and they actually responded (WOW) and said they'd refund it, but never actually refunded it. I charged it back with my credit card. Next order received about two months later. My last order was placed in early February, and it's June 9, and I still have not received or heard anything. Didn't even bother emailing them, but instead charged it back successfully and moved on with my life. Don't waste your time with these jokers."

"Snappy Tuna has now NOT responded to 5 emails from me, regarding the fact that I placed an order in September, 2010 and still have not received it as of today, February 4, 2011. Their customer service is awful - and by awful I mean non-existent. Here is a timeline of my interaction: I placed one order in August and received it within about 3 weeks - longer than typical for most companies, but it seemed like they were trying. Then I placed an order in September and another one just one week later. I did not receive either orders after one month so I began to email. After 3 emails, none of which were responded to, I finally got my THIRD order. As stated, I still haven't received the second order I placed and have heard absolutely nothing from the company. I would not place an order with them again - it's just not worth it."
"A terrible company for customer service. Wine glasses arrived broken. Three different emails to customer service went unanswered. After several successful orders - though hardly "snappy" - I have discontinued purchasing from them. Caveat emptor. "
