"I WOULD NOT recommend shopping here. There is no phone number to call this company, you will never receive a tracking number for your order, and they never get back to you when you e-mail them a concern. I've waiting almost two weeks for an order that was supposedly shipped out within a couple business days. Never, ever shop here."

"This site should never be used. I was scammed out of 96 dollars for UPS 2 Day Air Shipping when only 2 pair of shoes from my order came UPS a week and a half later. One pair of shoes came FEDEX, and the clothing portion was sent regular mail. You can not call to speak with someone. You may only email "Sarah". I wanted my shipping money reimbursed. Any legitimate company would have processed the request given the mailing mishap. Once Snaz75 saw I had picked up the last of the packages "Sarah" isn't returning any of my emails. I do not reccomed this site. They are a bunch of idiots!! Spend your money elsewhere."

"I wanted to point out the level of professionalism Snaz75 delivered. My order didn't go off without a hitch to start, but the customer care team immediatedly got involved and resolved my issue. As consumers, we have to realize that sometimes things happen. Not just with online purchasing, but in life as a whole. Don't judge by someone's mistakes, rather how they recover from it. I am more than satisfied with the level of service I received and would definitely use their services again."

"Well, I was on Sanz75.com to browse a new high heel shoes I believe around in January and I contacted this company VIA email and her name was Sarah and we wrote back and forth and said it was supposed to be in stock by that date (in February) then I re-checked and still was not in stock and emailed Sarah again and ask what was going on and said to wait until end of February and then I waited for another couple of weeks and still was not in stock and then gave me another month until end of March and finally it was in stock. So, I ordered and now I just received an email from this company saying it is on back order and they canceled my order! Very, very disappoint with this company! Now I am not going to let myself wasting time waiting for this non-sense company! When they asked about a refund and I told them I wanted refund and not worth my time waiting on this company and what happened I pulled up my bank statement and it shows it is cleared! If they choose not to refund then there will be a lawsuit against this company! I will not recommend this to anyone!"

"I ordered a paid of shoes from Snaz a couple of days ago. Yesterday i went to look at my item status, it said "This Order Has Been Cancelled". However, i was still charged. Im waiting on a response VIA Email. I never received an email saying my order was cacelled, NOTHING! Im very irritated. Im going to give them till Monday to write me back, if not i will have to dispute with my bank. I will never order from here again."

"I ordered shoes for my wedding, I paid 35$ for 2nd day air. I also emailed them advising if the shows needed to be received by Thurday 12/1 and if they could not guarantee that with the 2nd day air I paid for to cancel my order. I received an email from "Sarah" stating they will ship on 11/29 and will arrive on 12/1. I received an email today 11/30 from UPS saying they shipped GROUND and will arrive on 12/5 and now no one will return my emails and the don't have a number. Thats ok, cause I will dispute with my bank. THEY WILL NOT KEEP MY MONEY."

"I order a lot of things online & this was BY FAR my WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

JULY 24, 2011
First off I ordered $180 worth of shoes & clothing. After placing the order I check my email, get the confirmation & I thought everything was all set.
Weeks go by & I had not received anything, so I check my email to see whats going on. I had an email from them (JULY 25, 2011) stating that since this was the first time I have ordered from them, it's policy that my shipping address has to be the same as the billing address for the card. Ok, no problem I sent them an email confirming this & resent my correct address.

AUGUST 9, 2011
They email me saying my order would process the next day.

AUGUST 10, 2011
I get an email saying the status of my order has been updated. It included my address (which was wrong again!) & a summary of what was included in the package. So yet again I had to email them telling them the address was wrong & I included the correct address.

AUGUST 11, 2011
I get an email saying that UPS said my zip code is invalid. Well no kidding the zip code is invalid; they still didn't change my address to the correct one! What happened was they took the steet # & name from my billing address & mixed it with the city & state from the original shipping address I had sent (the one that was different from my billing address).

* A few weeks go by & I finally get the shoes. I ask the USPS guy if there was another package & he said nope.

At 1pm I email them telling them how upset I am about all this! I gave them my correct address & told them it was the same as my billing address. I told them I got the shoes but none of the clothing! I also asked her to email me back letting me know the status of the rest of my order.
4hrs later they email me back saying the other items were shipped seperately through USPS & to please allow a few extra days for delivery.

SEPTEMBER 8, 2011
I email back asking for the tracking # for the package so I could figure out where it was myself.
4:40pm I get an email back saying it shipped out through USPS & it has no tracking #. This was funny because I order a lot of things & I have multiple papers from USPS with tracking #s on them.

2:45pm I emailed them asking them to check their records & let me know the date my items shipped out?I also told them that this is a very bad 1st impression for a new customer! I said that it's rediculous that I had to email them soooooo many times asking for the items that I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR & that I hope this is the last time I have to ask!
I then did some research on their website & read under "Frequently Asked Questions" that they will email us with a UPS tracking # when the merchandise is shipped. I said obviously there was a mistake, I never got this email with the tracking # & also why did they ship it through USPS when they state they send through UPS? I would like the tracking # as stated, or some way of finding out where exactly my package is.

They read the email at 5:32am Mon & I still have yet to hear from them!

The entire time I've emailed them I've been dealing with a girl named Sara. Snaz75 doesn't have a phone # so unfortunately I can't talk to anyone else. This girl, Sara, has no idea how to deal with people! When a customer is complaining they never got $180 worth of clothing that they already paid for it's supposed to be their job to figure it out!
Any ideas what I should do? I still have yet to receive my clothing & this girl Sara is not helping what so ever!

"I ordered shoes that turned out to be out of stock, and had ordered other items to spend $75 and get free shipping. However they processed my order though the shoes were out of stock, told me they couldn't send me the shoes but had sent the rest of my order. So basically they ripped me off. I should have trusted these reviews first and not ordered from them!"

"i ordered a dress for a cruise im going on i wanted dress # 4501 but i wanted to have the color of the dress showed in the picture of dress 4501 and the dress in 4501 is purple so i looked at the colors to choose from on dress 4501 and there was no color called purple just royal and i e-mailed snaz 4 times before i purchased this expensive dress and Sarah there so called rep didn't help me at all all she said was yes the royal is the purple ...so i ordered 4502 in royal and it comes freekin weeks later 2 weeks before my cruise and its freekin BLUE AND it has little threads everywhere like it wasn't sewn right. so i e-mail the company and all this lady has to say to me is "all special orders are final thanks" well it may say that but it also says if it was the companies mistake or a defect they will return the item.i wrote in my comment box on my order form when i ordered the dress that i wanted to make sure that royal was the purple color in the picture on dress 4501 ... now i have a blue dress thats not sewn right and nothing else to wear on that night of my cruise except for a broken ugly blue dress.thanx a-lot Snaz75 you really take care of your customers ...not!!!"

"I ordered a pair of shoes and stockings for my friend that needed the items in a hurry. I paid for the 2 day shipping option which was about 50% of the item cost. I received a tracking number and assumed that the tracking number would be for both items. Instead it was only for the shoes. No invoice was included to indicate whether the stockings were being shipped separately or completely forgotten about. I emailed them as they have no phone number contact about the issue. This was the reply I received

"The other items were shipped separately through the USPS. Please allow a few extra days for delivery.

No indication of a tracking number for the stockings and the premium I paid for 2 day shipping was instead now changed to "a few extra days". This site is handled very unprofessionally. I will never shop from them again. If I do not receive the stockings within a few extra days I will be issuing a charge-back on my credit card as there is no tracking number to even prove that it was shipped out separately. I definitely do not recommend shopping here as there are plenty of other online shops with similar selections.

"I purchased an expensive made to order dress on this site as a Christmas gift using the sizing information provided by Snaz75. The item took almost 2 months to deliver since it was a special order but arrive before Christmas day. On Christmas morning my wife tried the dress on and it was too small; much smaller in fact that the measurement guide given on the web site. Snaz75 has refused to exchange the dress because company policy says no exchanges on special orders. I was informed that the incorrect sizing information on their web site came from the dress manufacture and was not their problem. No exchanges, no matter what, even if they are proving misinformation."

"I was very happy with the customer service. They were quick to respond when I had a question about my order. The warehouse was in the same state as me, so even though I paid for 3-5day shipping, one pair of my shoes were here the very next day. The other pair didn't arrive with the first and the order page didn't give any indication that it would ship seperately. I panicked somewhat, but their customer service rep was very quick to respond to my concerns and let me know that they would in fact ship seperately. I recieve the second pair 5 days later since they were shipped from a different warehouse (across the country)."

"This company does not have any phone support at all, it is strictly via email. Normally this would not be an issue as alot of companies work this way to reduce costs. Snaz75 took 7 weeks to correct a problem I had with them, often times it was a week or week and a half before I ever received a response from them. I placed my order in late March and it was just finally resolved in early June. This is obviously too long to do good business. Once they were made aware of the problem it took them over 7 weeks to retify the issue. I will never purchase form this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The product was a perfect fit on what I did receive but the other issues were a nightmare.
