"Extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered £50 worth of books for my children and paid through checkout. I received a welcome email but after a few days I logged back into the account and there was no evidence of my order ever being placed (even though they had taken payment). I sent numerous emails (some bounced) and after a week of no response from them, I started a refund process with Paypal.

This was the action that motivated them and I finally had an interaction with them to cancel my order and refund immediately.

This was done and I will never use them again, regardless of the low price.
