"It reduced my snoring a little, but my wife told me that when my snoring woke her up I seemed to be having difficulty breathing. I then went to
my doctor and found that I have sleep apnea. She gave me an airflow devise which has stopped my snoring and seems to have me breathing normally while I sleep.

"I am preparing to return your product. It has not worked well at all for me (just ask my wife). I previously had an expensive custom-made device from my dentist that wore out, so I thought I would try your less-expensive product. I think my lower jaw has become so accustomed to being held out all night that even the maximum setting on the SnoreRx wasn't enough to make it work for me. I'm sure your product works for many people; it just didn't for me. No hard feelings.
I saw the reply to this comment, instructing me to contact customer care for an authroization number on my return, but when I called ***-***-****, the auto-attendant told me that the mailbox is full. Can I return the product without an authorization number and still expect a refund?"
