"It works to reduce snoring and I like the fact it is adjustable. I am still trying to adapt to the soreness in my mouth after 3 weeks. Also it requires daily cleaning or it starts to smell."

"1) Edges of the plastic are sharp and should be more rounded for better fit and comfort.

2) The "dovetail" joint that connects the top piece to the bottom piece and allows for adjusting position of the lower jaw extends in too far unless the lower jaw settings is pushed out beyond 5mm. If it is set lower than 5mm, that dovetail pieces actually cuts the tongue.

3) The overall size of the appliance is very large forcing you to "sleep" (if that's possible) with your mouth WIDE open. Much more than what is normal or comfortable.

The concept is tremendous and I can actually see that it helps reduce snoring, but I think some of the dimensions and contours could improve both the comfort and extended use by wearer.

Hopefully these suggestions will be taken to heart as I feel this is an important innovation that can improve people's health!"
