Instructions for adjusting mouthpiece are correct but vague. Adjusting it was a nightmare. Turns out a portion of the "soft" plastic had flowed between the "hard " top and lower structures and bonded them together. I had to cut them free with a Xacto blade.
Having said that, I slid my lower jaw forward by 6mm and wear the mouthpiece every night. My snoring problem has been cured. Your product has saved my marriage and is working to save my life. And for this I owe you a great deal of gratitude and thanks!"
