The second one was made by Zqiuet and was less than $50.00. It was not very comfortable and did not work. The SnoreRX is the most comfortable and works very well. "I have used SnoreRX for just over a year. It works and it works instantly.

My experience: The first night I used it I just couldn't leave it in all night and it was difficult to imagine using it every night, but after the second night I was accustomed to it. I am aware of it or a few minutes after I put it in, but when I wake up I am not even aware of it at all. My wife was THRILLED because I wasn't snoring!
Pros: It works and it works immediately. It has no metal parts and it has held up for over a year. I clean it with denture-cleaner about once per week and clean it every night with water and a toothbrush. It is adjustable to allow for it to work with maximum comfort.

Cons: It is more expensive than some of the other brands, but given that it has lasted a year for me, I feel it is a good value.

Overall: This approach to stop snoring works instantly but it comes at a price which I assume would be true for any unit that works like this. For me the irritations are 100% worth it to be able to sleep well and not disturb my wife. My lips occasionally dry out at night, and for a few minutes after I get out of bed I am aware that my lower jaw is re-positioning. I occasionally wear breathing strips to improve my nasal airflow at night. One last un-forseen disadvantage - when I forget to wear it I wake myself up snoring so I am dependent upon it;-) At the risk of repeating myself however - This thing works and that is what matters most to me. I relied upon several recommendation/ratings to make my decision, so after a year, I felt like I owed it to the community to report back.

The video that gives instructions on how to custom mold the mouthpiece should be revised. I must have burnt my teeth putting the mouthpiece after boiling it for 90 seconds. It should be clear in the video to wait a period of time before placing it in your mouth for molding.
