It would be nice if it could be ordered in a small, medium, large size (i.e. I can't imagine this guard fitting comfortably in a woman's mouth). I have previously slept with a smaller mouth guard (to prevent grinding of teeth) and this guard is much larger. Even though I'm used to sleeping with a mouth guard, I'm having difficulty getting used to the Snorerx."

"I ordered it and received it the next day. It was easy to fit. I wore it in the afternoon like they suggest. Then wore it that night. I took it out in the middle of the night because my jaw was tight. But the next day my husband said it worked! I've been wearing it for a wee now. Some nights I take it out when my jaw gets tight, but my husband hasn't complained about me snoring!! My jaw is a little sore but but it's been worth it to help my husband and I sleep better. I expect it to get better as my jaw gets used to it. The only thing I would suggest is wearing Chapstick with it as my lips got very dry.

"The card of instructions and video instructions both said to boil water, put appliance in for 90sec, remove and dry with paper towel, then insert into mouth for 30sec. The instructions said, the appliance would not retain the heat. First, the paper towel stuck to the appliance. Second, when placing the appliance in the mouth, it did retain the heat and stuck to the teeth. Third, the appliance was very difficult to change positions.
I contacted the company right away, they are sending a replacement appliance. I hope it works. "
