"It is terrible. I can't believe I have waisted almost $100.00 on a mouthpiece that is very uncomfortable and also did not completly stop the back of my throught from relaxing and make the snore sound. When I fall alseep sometimes my lower jaw will come out of the fitted bottom half of the mouthpiece. Ofcoarse I am not aware of this untill my wife kicks me because Im snoring with the mouthpiece in. What a waist. Dont bother with this product. Its a rip off!!

"It arrived timely. The instructions were clear, however a bit different than the video. I followed the video instructions. The appliance seems to fit well. I have only used it one night, however, I think that it works. I have used other appliances in the past so I don't seem to have difficulty getting used to it. The only question that I have pertains to increasing the ml. gage. Mine was preset on three. Should I still increase it? How much? 1ml. at a time? Is it for comfort or effect? By doing so, does it move my jaw forward a bit?
