Was a little scared when I first opened the package, as there did not appear to be any way that I could fit it in my mouth. I carefully ready the information included, which indicated that was a common first impression, so I hung in there. Followed the instructions carefully regarding boiling water, immersing it, biting to form an impression, etc. It fits great, is very comfortable, and virtually eliminates my snoring. Couldn't be more impressed.

I am returning the product as of 05/20/14. After trying it for 3 weeks the device did not work in my opinion as promised. I followed the instruction on preparing the device. It took about 4-5 days to adjust to the device; however it did not stop my snoring. I actually set up my IPhone and Asus table to record me during the night to see if it truly stopped it, and I recorded myself snoring several times. I am very disappointed I do not know if I have a medical condition or not. All I know is that when I take long flights and fall asleep I snore which is very embarrassing. I snore in bed with my husband and can be heard snoring if I sleep on the living room couch. I was truly hoping this would work for me and stop the embarrassing sounds when I sleep.
I am returning the device prior to the thirty day trial for a refund.
