It was too big and when I set it to bring my teeth together (instead of overlapping) there was a protrusion that hurt my tongue when attempting to swallow. "I fitted the device for my mouth and it was too large. The device itself may be useful but I found customer service slow. I had to send 3 separate emails to get before I received a response. The order number is required to be written on the outside of the box to return the device. However, the receipt I printed out after ordering Snore RX online did NOT have an order number. Nor did I received a confirmation of order email so I wasn't able to reference an order number that way either. I made a call to the customer service number that was listed online as well as on the receipt I printed out and the greeting stated that the phone line wasn't able to take messages! I finally got an email response after sending a 3rd email to the company. That customer service rep did apologize for the delay and provided me with my order number so I could return the device. I am now waiting another 10 days to see if my credit card was indeed refunded. The company requests up to a 14-18 day wait before checking if the credit card return has been processed. That seems much too long of a delay for my money to be refunded since they company takes my money the minute the device is ordered. That is however their policy as stated online the the FAQs. In summary, the device may work but the customer services is unsatisfactory."
