"This item is lousy, worthless, painful and has done me no good at all. I would not recommend this item to anyone. Worse yet, I have tried to call the "customer service" numbers provided, and the one on the box indicates that the company no longer exists. The second number provides an answering machine and I have yet to have a return call after three (3) calls already. This is pitiful. I am going to contest the payment by American Express, send the items back, and go to various social media to communicate how bad this item is and the lousy customer service. These people should be ashamed of themselves. It just goes to show you how bad some companies can be."

"Well... I have mixed feeling on this thing? The instructions that came with the device is lacking alot of details. I heated the water up and then put the mouth guard in and then bit down to form it. I bit down too hard and went through the rubber and hit the plastic. It now makes my jaw hurt because there is no cushion for the teeth and it causes me great pain by morning. I will not pay for another one, but It did help with my snoring. The wife said she doesn't have to wear ear plugs anymore.

"The appliance did not stop the snoring at the original setting (after molding to teeth) so after trying to change the setting as recommended, the appliance started to come apart. I stopped trying to change the setting at that time. After calling for instruction to return the unit, I never received a return call. However, I finally emailed them and the returned the email with instruction on how to return it. That part was very satisfactory. They credited my card very soon."

"I ordered the product and delivery was very fast. However, the mouth piece did not fit and when I contacted Customer Service by e-mail they acknowledged my problem.
The mouth piece was returned and the amount credited to my credit card within days.
As a side note, I have worn custom made anti-snore mouth pieces for years and have paid over $500. Although I was unable to wear the product, it appeared as it was made of superior material and would be a very good deal if anyone is considering buying one."
