"I believe the product is good and would probably have worked for me, however it was just too large for me to be comfortable. I had to return it. I was told when I contacted Customer service that a smaller size one is on the way! :-)"

"I believe it has helped with sleep quality to some extent. However it is big for my mouth and has been hard to adjust. I still get some discomfort and have a hard time wearing all night. Overall I still would choose a mouth piece over a cpap machine."

"I must give a low rating, but not because of shipping time, quality of product, or anything like that. In fact, my product arrived as expected and very good quality. It was easy to customize, adjust, etc.
My low rating is because I can't see how anyone can use it. I had it adjusted to zero when I dipped it in boiling water and formed it to my mouth. I did this 3 times over a 4 day period of time, trying to get it to stop hurting. I don't have any jaw disease and I don't have a TMJ problem. Well, at least I didn't.
While using this product, it took several days before I could keep it in without writhing in pain. When I adjusted it to 1, it was all I could do to even insert it in my mouth and be able to bite down. When I adjusted it to 2, I couldnt even get my lower teeth into it without a strong ringing in my ears, pain on my lower teeth, and a throbbing pain that ended in a severe headache. I thought it was an adjustment period, so I tried over and over. Even trying it throughout the day to stretch my jaw muscles and try to become acclimated to it. No luck. It hurt my lower teeth because that's the point of pressure. My teeth did move and I did experience a jaw alignment problem but only in the mornings. After a week and a half of this, I gave up, defeated and frustrated.
Since then, I went to the drug store and got some things that I insert in my nose while I sleep, to keep it open. This seems to allow more air flow and reduce the need to open my mouth. I also got some homeopathic spray for asthma that helps open my throat and a vics nose bullet thing that also helps with menthol vapor. And I take a benadryl at night for allergies. That seems to help more than anything I've tried, along with the nose opener upper thing. I will never use a mouth piece again. It was torture. Perhaps my teeth are more sensitive or jaw is tighter than others. I don't know. But I can't see any correlation between my experience and the glowing reviews I read online. I am still waiting on my refund after sending the product back.

"I am very impressed with the SnoreRX product! It was easy to custom fit and it works! I am no longer snoring and my wife greatly appreciates sleeping without the distraction of me snoring."

"Product came very fast and looked great but unfortunately I could not use it.It was too big for my mouth and uncomfortable.
Worth trying though since I returned its and they offered to refund me minus the shipping both ways. It didn't cost much to ship it back.
It may work for you if your mouth is large

"This device significantly reduced the noise and disruption of snoring, but did not remove it completely. Also, it has taken quite a while (over a week) to get used to it, be able to fall asleep with it in the mouth, and for my teeth to get used to it without hurting or my jaw "snapping" in the morning while eating, after having it in overnight. Hopefully all these "negatives" will be gradually reduced as well."

"Definitely reduces snoring but it put so much pressure on my bottom teeth that some teeth felt like they were shifting after a few nights of wearing the device. "

"Not perfect (slightly uncomfortable.) but adequately effective and a good value."
