"Product is fine - I am a Canadian customer ( you have no Canada distribution) which means FedEx has to recover customs duty charges which means payment at the doorstep. The only issue is the FedEx delivery system did not meet my needs. FedEx delivers during the day ( when both adults are at work) after two attempts for delivery at home for recovery of customs charges the customer has to drive accross town to their warehouse to pay/ pick up. Mail should be an option - go to local postal outlet to pay customs and pick up. Mail is cheaper than FedEX delivery charges and more convenient for pick up and paying customs. Most internet procurement of small items has a mail option. "

"Got my order screwed up, did not call to fix, just let it be returned, when I asked for overnight shipping because I had to leave on vacation they said they could not do it even though I offered to pay. Very rigid, no ability to try to fix a challenging customer situation."

"The mouthpiece was too big to "custom fit"
I have made a few phone calls-finally able to leave a message once-that was 5 days ago. Also e-mailed-did receive a confirmation of received e-mail=that was 4 days ago.
Basically-it took over 2 weeks to receive and once received-no one can assist me in accommodating my needs or returning it.
I will wait till the end of the week-if there is no communication, I will return it for a full refund and see what my next step should be...

"In the beginning looks like it was working but it was hurting and we decide to keep trying as instruction. 3 weeks later still hurts as it is too big and keeps faking off. Last night my husband was snoring and when I woke him up to put it back he had it on... So it means is not working...now I'll have to return it."
