useless warranty, not honored

"Started Warranty process on defective hoses. They gave a request I D #. Went back and forth with various agents, always had to answer some question they could have asked before. I have a collection of about 14 request ID #'s. They would message me, told me there would be restocking fees for a defective product and return fee and they would refund only after product returned. This took quite a long time , but finally they said they would send a shipping label. Here is what they sent. (We sincerely apologize for the delay and here is the return label that you can used to 1Z3V6A669092553852 this is a UPS label .) I tried to ship the bad hoses with this and UPS did not know what it was. I checked it online and it is a tracking number. I tried to contact Snowjoe and they never got back to me. I still have 2 hoses that blew out within 1 week and cost me $100.00. They have shut down my request, so all I can do is warn others about how shady they are."

"Shipped wrong item. They responded to my email about this on 1/26 with:

We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one-two business days.

No response on Thursday, so called them on Friday, they said the item ordered was on back order, so I asked for the order to be canceled. They agreed, but said they wouldn't reverse the charge on my credit card until they received the unit that was shipped. They also said that they would send a return shipping label by email. Haven't yet received the shipping label.
