"Purchased a pair of skis that were represented on the web page only to receive a year older ski with different graffics. I sent them back same day. **** OFF"

"I ordered a pair of skis that were supposedly their best quality used skis they offer with excellent edges and bases. When they came, I was shocked to find the bases were almost destroyed and the edges we're so beat up and dinged that it was laughable. So I contacted their customer service who basically told me I was out of luck, to return the skis, and to return the skis at my own shipping costs! I sent photos to them of that damage on the skis and they still will not deal with me in a proper honest fashion. I cannot recommend anyone purchasing products from this company."
