"Very poor customer service. One of their products (an avalanche backpack air cylinder) arrived defective, making it unusable. I contacted the manufacturer for suggestions about how to make fix the defect. The suggestions did not work but did cause some scuff marks to the top of the cylinder. When I returned the product to SnowBigDeal, I was blamed for destroying their item and some of my refund was withheld.

Their customer service agent needs to attend a course in proper customer relations. His or her email responses to my request for a full refund were patronizing, misrepresented the facts and did nothing to resolve the situation. I expect a similar nonsensical rebuttal to this review -- which I would advise readers to disregard. Beware of this company."
